Conditions

 

• Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

 

 

Process

 

• Contact our customer service team at connect@kapaali.in to initiate the return process.

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying documentation.

• We will arrange for a complimentary courier service to collect the item from your specified location.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the amount paid for the product within 7-10 business days.

Store credit will be provided for the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or taxes.
