Returns & Refunds

At Kapaali, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at connect@kapaali.in to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying documentation.
  3. We will arrange for a complimentary courier service to collect the item from your specified location.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method for the amount paid for the product within 7–10 business days.

Note

Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment for the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or taxes.
